Ingredients

  • 250 ml Plant milk
  • 150 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
  • Handful Walnuts finely chopped
  • 2 Carrots medium
  • 2 EL Wacker date sugar organic
  • 1 EL Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 2 TL Cinnamon
  • 1 TL Vanilla
  • 1 Tip of a knife Cardamom
  • 1 Tip of a knife Ginger ground
  • Somewhat Orange peel
  • Somewhat Vegetable oil For browning

Instructions

  • Grate the carrot and finely chop the walnuts.
  • Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the liquid ingredients. Mix the ingredients until they form a homogeneous mass.
  • Then fold in the carrots and walnuts.
  • Put some oil in a non-stick frying pan and spread approx. 2 tbsp. of mixture per pancake in the pan. Cook over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the pancakes, drizzle with the Wacker blueberry-banana sauce and serve with fruit of your choice. Enjoy! 🙂
