Have you ever made porridge with tiger nuts? If not, you should definitely give it a try!
In addition to the tiger nut flakes, our sprouted oat flakes are of course a must. Together with apple compote, some fresh apple or pomegranate, this makes a fruity, warming and vegan breakfast.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Put the oat flakes, tiger nut flakes, date sugar and milk in a saucepan and heat. Stir until a creamy mixture is formed.
  • Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Place in a pot with water and date sugar and heat. Bring to the boil. Mash the apple pieces with a fork.
  • Put the porridge in a bowl and add the apple compote. Optionally decorate with apple pieces. Enjoy your meal 🙂
