Have you ever eaten a hearty porridge? It sounds strange at first, but you should definitely try it. This vegan carrot cake porridge made with carrots and walnuts is super quick to make. If you love carrot cake, you'll definitely like this porridge. It's a great alternative to other porridges, we think 🙂
Ingredients
- 100 g Wacker Sprouted Oat Flakes Organic
- 1 TL Wacker date sugar organic
- 1 Carrot
- 50 g Walnuts
- 250 g Plant milk
Instructions
- Peel and grate the carrot and put it in a pot with the oat flakes, date sugar and oat milk. Heat and stir until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Place in a bowl with the walnuts and enjoy.
