Instructions

  • Wash the apple and cut it into wedges. Steam together with the water, sprouted muesli and spices for a few minutes. If necessary and desired, add more water for creaminess.
  • Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the warm porridge. Optionally garnish with a fresh orange or other seasonal fruit. Enjoy your meal 🙂
