This vegan porridge has everything a balanced breakfast needs, keeps you full for a long time and gives you energy for the day.
Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1 Banana
- 2 Msp. Cinnamon
- 1 Msp. Vanilla
- 3 EL Water
- 4 EL Wacker Sprouted Muesli Organic
Instructions
- Wash the apple and cut it into wedges. Steam together with the water, sprouted muesli and spices for a few minutes. If necessary and desired, add more water for creaminess.
- Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the warm porridge. Optionally garnish with a fresh orange or other seasonal fruit. Enjoy your meal 🙂
