Granola with banana and coconut oil

Sprouted buckwheat, sprouted oats & sprouted spelt flakes make our delicious granola. It's vegan and not only looks great, but tastes really good too 🙂 Make sure you let it cool down so the granola gets nice and crunchy 🙂.

Granola with banana and coconut oil

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2 People


For breakfast

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice


For the granola

  • Heat the oven to 150 degrees top and bottom heat.
  • Warm the coconut oil slightly so that it is liquid. You can also use another oil such as rapeseed oil or nut oil. However, it should be heatable. Then mix in all the ingredients.
  • Spread the granola evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 150 degrees until golden brown. The granola becomes really crunchy when cold.

For breakfast

  • Mash the bananas and mix with the squeeze of lemon juice. Arrange everything lovingly on two plates and enjoy together. Enjoy your meal.
