The sweet little mini ring-shaped cakes taste just great and are so moist 😋 Optionally, you can also heat chocolate in a bain-marie and drizzle it over the little cakes.

Ingredients
- 240 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 100 g Wacker date sugar organic
- 2 TL Baking soda
- ½ TL Cinnamon
- 180 g Plant milk
- 3 EL Wacker Apple Mango Sauce Organic
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and in a small bowl mix all the soft/liquid ingredients.
- Gradually mix the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Divide the batter into the ramekins and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
- Optional: Leave the Gugelhupfe to cool and in the meantime heat the chocolate in a bain-marie and then pour over the Gugelhupfe.
