Orange-Almond Bliss Balls from Wacker Sprouted Winter Muesli

These vegan treats are quick to prepare and the combination of orange, almond and apricots is simply heavenly. They are also great for giving as a gift in one of our jars! 🙂

Bliss Balls - Sprouted Winter Muesli

Orange-Almond Bliss Balls

Course: Trifle, Dessert, Snack
Servings: 8 Balls

Ingredients

  • 120 g Dried apricots (unsulphured)
  • 60 g ground almonds
  • 40 g Wacker Sprouted Winter Muesli Organic
  • 50-100 g Wacker Cedar Nut Puree Organic
  • 2 EL melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 TL Vanilla
  • 1/2 TL dried orange peel
  • If necessary, add a little water to make the mixture easier to mix.

Toppings

  • Coconut flakes or almond flakes

Instructions

  • Simply mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls and roll them in the almond flakes or coconut flakes. Chill them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating. They will keep for at least 2 weeks if chilled. 🙂
