  • Mix the sauces with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
  • Pour the chocolate into a bowl with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and then melt it briefly in the microwave.
  • Then put some chocolate in the muffin tin first. Then put them in the freezer for 5-20 minutes.
  • Then add a blob of sauce, about 1/2-1 tsp of nut butter and some buckwheat to the dish.
  • Now top the ingredients with chocolate and some buckwheat and put the muffin tin back into the freezer.
  • After 5-10 minutes, your simple and healthy snack is ready. 😋
