Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 130 g frozen berries
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 250 ml Soy milk
- 30 g Wacker Sprouted Oat Flakes Organic
- 2 El Chia Seeds
- 1-2 TL Wacker date sugar organic
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until a creamy shake is formed.
- Now pour it into a glass and enjoy it 🙂 .
