Thank you so much for the great and delicious recipes....
Looking forward to trying it out....
I would love to 🙂
The recipe for the pumpkin bread sounds interesting. I have your sprouted spelt flour at home. Is that enough or do I really need the spelt bread brook mix?
Lg
You can definitely try it 🙂 . You might have to add some spelt flour type 1050, as it helps to bind it better. Have fun baking.
I just wanted to bake the bread and was wondering what is meant by pumpkin puree? Does the pumpkin flesh have to be cooked first?
Thank you very much!
Hello Silvia,
Thank you for your question! 😊 Yes, pumpkin puree refers to boiled or baked pumpkin flesh. You can either steam, boil or roast the pumpkin flesh in the oven until it's soft and then puree it. This will give you the puree used in the recipe. Enjoy baking and bon appétit.
Kind regards
