  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Gradually add the liquid ingredients and knead well.
  • Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat.
  • Arrange the bread as a body on a baking tray and brush with a little water and then spread a handful of pumpkin seeds.
  • Now the bread can go into the oven for about 70 minutes until golden brown.
  • Tip: A loaf is ready when it sounds hollow when you tap it.
