Smoothie bowl with crunchy granola, what more could you want? By the way, this bowl is vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients
For the granola
- 150 g Wacker Sprouted Buckwheat Organic
- 150 g Almonds
- 50 g Pumpkin seeds
- 50 g Coconut flakes
- 1-2 EL Wacker date sugar organic
- 1-2 EL Coconut oil, melted
For the Smoothie Bowl
- 2 Bottles Wacker Blueberry Banana Sauce Organic
- 6 EL Granola
- 1 Banana
- 1 Handful Blueberries
- 1 Handful Raspberries
- something Mint For decoration
Instructions
For the granola
- Mix all the ingredients together and bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees top/bottom heat and then leave to cool.
For the Smoothie Bowl
- Divide the 2 bottles of blueberry-banana sauce between 2 plates.
- Peel and slice the banana. Wash the blueberries and choose the raspberries. Then spoon the granola over the centre of the smoothie bowl. Garnish with the fruit and enjoy together.
