The combination of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves gives the vegan biscuit its delicious Christmas smell. What's more, making them yourself is not difficult at all and is super quick. 🎄

Cook Time: 45 minutes
Servings: 1 Sheet metal

Ingredients

  • 200 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
  • 100 g (vegan) butter or margarine
  • 75 g Coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 EL Plant milk
  • 2 TL Speculoos spice
  • or something Cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, cardamom, pepper ground

Instructions

  • Knead all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands.
  • Chill the dough briefly and then roll out on a floured surface.
  • Preheat the oven to 175°C top and bottom heat.
  • Cut the dough into rectangles. Stamp motifs into the dough. This works particularly well with a Spekulatius roller, but also works with other pastry stamps.
  • Now bake the dough for 8-10 minutes.
