We can't get enough of the classic Christmas treats.😍 These vanilla crescents are quick to make and taste deliciously tender.
Servings: 30 Piece
Ingredients
- 90 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 40 g ground almonds
- 60 g Wacker date sugar organic
- something Vanilla extract
- 75 g (vegan) butter or margarine
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a dough. Then put in a cool place.
- Form the dough into a roll on a floured surface and cut into equal-sized pieces. Form a croissant from each piece.
- It is also helpful to use croissant moulds to make them more even.
- Then bake the biscuits for 8-10 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
