Winter Granola

This winter granola is vegan and free of industrial sugar. On the other hand, it provides lots of protein and is easy to digest, as the base is our sprouted winter muesli. All you have to do is add vanilla, our fruity apple-mango sauce, a little salt & coconut oil and our winter granola turns into a crunchy breakfast granola in the oven. 🙂

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. 
  • Mix the Wacker Apple-Mango Sauce, oil, vanilla, date sugar & salt in a saucepan and heat until the coconut oil melts and everything is well mixed. Then add the liquid to the Wacker winter muesli in a bowl.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn the granola once or twice during the baking time. This allows it to bake nicely on all sides. 
  • Let the granola cool down a little as soon as it is ready. Then you can enjoy it with yoghurt and fruit. Store the rest in an airtight jar or give it as a gift. 🙂
