Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Grind the oat flakes a little in the mixer. Then knead with the flour, butter, our apple-mango sauce, salt and possibly a little water (if the dough is too dry) to a homogeneous mass.
Then roll out and shape the dough into a round pizza on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the pizza dough in the preheated oven for 15-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the fruit.
Leave the breakfast pizza to cool and then spread with the apple-mango sauce and top with the fruit, nut puree and buckwheat. Enjoy it! :)
