First you can make 3 small burgers from the frying mixture according to the instructions on the packet. Then separate the lettuce leaves, wash and dry them.
When the onions are ready, the burger patties can be fried in a little frying oil until nicely browned on both sides. (approx. 5 minutes per side)
While the patties are frying, you can prepare the burger sauce. Simply stir all the ingredients into a creamy sauce and season to taste. You can also heat the sauerkraut over a low heat.
Now you can top the burger buns and enjoy them. :)
