Ingredients
- 300 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 200 g (vegan) butter or margarine
- 100 g Wacker date sugar organic
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and knead. Then chill the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
- Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and roll out the dough. Cut out the biscuits.
- Now bake for 10 minutes and then decorate according to taste.
