Ingredients

1 Apple
1 Peach
2-3 EL Vanilla curd
Wacker Organic Peach Passion Fruit Sauce At will
Wacker date sugar organic optional

Instructions

Put the peach and apple in the freezer for a few hours.
Put the curd in a bowl.
Grate the frozen fruit over the curd.
Top with the peach-passion fruit sauce and optionally some date sugar. Enjoy it! :)
