  • First mash the banana in a bowl.
  • Then mix in the sprouted oat flakes, cocoa and date sugar and stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
  • Then prepare a baking tray with baking paper and form small balls from the mixture, which you then place on the baking tray.
  • Now you can bake the chocolate balls for about 25 minutes. Turn them over from time to time so that they don't brown more on one side than the other.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and leave the chocolate pops to cool.
  • Once they've cooled, enjoy them with our blueberry-banana sauce and fresh blueberries for breakfast or snack. 😋
