Ingredients
- 1/2 Glass Wacker sprouted chickpeas in a jar organic
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 1 handful Tomatoes chopped
- 1/3 Cucumber chopped
- 1 handful Wacker Cedar Nuts Organic
- 1-2 EL Wacker organic tomato pesto
- Lemon juice fresh
- Herbal salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in a jar, starting with the pesto.
- Top with fresh lemon juice, cedar nuts, herb salt and pepper.
- Seal the jar and take it to work to enjoy during your lunch break.
