Ingredients
- 8 Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Herbal salt
- Pepper optional
- Wacker Basil Pesto Organic at will
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Place the potato quarters in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with Wacker herb salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the potatoes on a baking tray and bake for approx. 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with the delicious Wacker pesto.
