Warm the coconut oil slightly so that it is liquid. You can also use another oil such as rapeseed oil or nut oil. However, it should be heatable. Then mix in all the ingredients.
Spread the granola evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 150 degrees until golden brown. The granola becomes really crunchy when cold.
