Banana bread - vegan & gluten-free

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat and grease an oblong cake tin.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork and add all the other ingredients, mix everything well with a hand mixer.
  • Pour the dough into the greased tin and bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. You can use a wooden stick to check whether the banana bread is ready: simply prick it and when no more moist dough hangs on the stick, it is ready.
  • Cool well and enjoy with our cedar nut puree, for example :)
