Whether as a dessert or for breakfast - banana bread always works and is quick and easy to prepare. What's more, ours is made completely without conventional sugar: The ripe bananas already provide plenty of sweetness and if you like it even sweeter, you can add our date sugar. Thanks to our sprouted buckwheat flour, the banana bread is even gluten-free and provides you with valuable nutrients. Dietary fibre. Top with some cedar nut butter and your tasty, healthy snack for in between meals is ready.

Ingredients
- 3 Bananas Very mature
- 170 g Wacker Sprouted Buckwheat Flour Organic
- 80 g ground almonds
- 150 g vegan yoghurt
- 3-4 EL Wacker date sugar organic
- 80 ml Almond milk
- 60 ml neutral oil
- 1 TL Apple cider vinegar
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Baking soda
- optional something Wacker Cedar Nut Puree Organic
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat and grease an oblong cake tin.
- Mash the bananas with a fork and add all the other ingredients, mix everything well with a hand mixer.
- Pour the dough into the greased tin and bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. You can use a wooden stick to check whether the banana bread is ready: simply prick it and when no more moist dough hangs on the stick, it is ready.
- Leave to cool well and enjoy with our cedar nut puree, for example 🙂
