Tigernut Porridge with Apple Compote

  • Put the oat flakes, tiger nut flakes, date sugar and milk in a saucepan and heat. Stir until a creamy mixture is formed.
  • Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Place in a pot with water and date sugar and heat. Bring to the boil. Mash the apple pieces with a fork.
  • Put the porridge in a bowl and add the apple compote. Optionally decorate with apple pieces. Enjoy your meal :)
