Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
Knead both flours with yeast & water, then add olive oil and salt and knead again.
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and spread with Wacker Basil Pesto, then roll up. Cut the roll in half and braid the two strands into a plait. Place in a loaf tin and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 45 minutes, leave to cool and enjoy.
