Puff pastry

  • Knead all the ingredients into a dough. Then chill the dough for 30 minutes. Roll out the chilled dough on some flour and fold the dough twice. The chilled roll-out and folding process must now be repeated twice. The dough can then be processed like normal puff pastry.

Filling

  • Spread the pesto on the dough. Cut the pastry into 2cm wide strips. Wash the asparagus and cut off the ends. Then wrap one asparagus at a time in a spiral in a dough strip. Place the asparagus sticks on an oven board covered with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes....
