Mix the lukewarm water with the yeast and sugar in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add the olive oil, vegan curd, salt and sprouted spelt flour. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
Leave the dough in the bowl to rise for 1 hour.
After the resting time, shape the dough into 6 small patties (approx. ½ cm thick and oval).
Fry in a pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes until the patties are golden brown.
Mix the sprouted falafel mixture according to the instructions and fry in a pan until golden brown.
Enjoy together with vegetable sticks and dips of your choice :)
