Autumn Pumpkin Porridge

  • First prepare the pumpkin puree. Remove the skin from the pumpkin, cut it into small cubes and put it in a pot with enough water to just cover the pumpkin. Let it simmer until it is cooked and then blend it into a delicious puree.
  • Next, put the oats, milk, water, sugar and all the spices in a pot. Let the porridge simmer for about 15 minutes until it has a creamy consistency.
  • Add the pumpkin puree and if you like it more liquid, you can pour in some more oat milk.
  • Now you can decorate the finished porridge with the coconut yoghurt, the plum pieces, the blackberries, the pumpkin seeds and the pecans. Enjoy your meal! :)
