Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and in a small bowl mix all the soft/liquid ingredients.
Gradually mix the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Divide the batter into the ramekins and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
Optional: Leave the Gugelhupfe to cool and in the meantime heat the chocolate in a bain-marie and then pour over the Gugelhupfe.
