Roasted quince on winter muesli porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 Quince
  • 1-2 TL Coconut blossom sugar
  • something Water
  • something Cinnamon
  • 12 EL Wacker Sprouted Winter Muesli Organic
  • 6 EL Vegetable milk

Instructions

  • Wash the quince, remove the core and cut into slices.
  • Heat in a pan with the sugar, water and cinnamon and simmer until the water has reduced and the coconut blossom sugar is like a syrup around the quince.
  • Boil the muesli with milk of your choice briefly in a saucepan until it is nice and creamy. Serve in two bowls and top with the quince.
