Have you ever tried a winter muesli porridge with roasted quince? If not, you should definitely try it. With this recipe you can easily make a vegan, delicious porridge.
Servings: 2 Portions
Ingredients
- 1 Quince
- 1-2 TL Coconut blossom sugar
- something Water
- something Cinnamon
- 12 EL Wacker Sprouted Winter Muesli Organic
- 6 EL Vegetable milk
Instructions
- Wash the quince, remove the core and cut into slices.
- Heat in a pan with the sugar, water and cinnamon and simmer until the water has reduced and the coconut blossom sugar is like a syrup around the quince.
- Boil the muesli with milk of your choice briefly in a saucepan until it is nice and creamy. Serve in two bowls and top with the quince.
