Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top/bottom heat.
For the dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. Chill briefly in the refrigerator.
Then quickly form large balls. Use a wooden spoon to press depressions into the balls.
For the filling, boil the apple-mango sauce with a little cornflour or agar-agar until it thickens, then pour into the depressed cavities.
Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes and then leave to cool.
