Pour the water into a pan placed on the cooker.
Turn on the cooker and wait for the water to boil.
Now add the coconut blossom sugar and the spices and mix everything together.
Then add the almonds and turn the heat to medium.
Now let the sugar/water mixture simmer with the almonds until there is no more liquid and the almonds are well covered with the caramel mixture.
Pour the caramelised almonds onto a baking paper and spread them out so that the almonds do not touch each other.
Let them get cold and wait until the sugar is firm. Now you can enjoy them or give them as a gift. :)
