These almonds smell like Christmas. The perfect sweet and vegan snack for the pre-Christmas season and also a great gift idea packed in one of our soup jars! 🙂

Ingredients
- 150 g Almonds
- 40 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 TL Vanilla
- 1 TL Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 TL Cardamom or cloves, if desired
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- Pour the water into a pan placed on the cooker.
- Turn on the cooker and wait for the water to boil.
- Now add the coconut blossom sugar and the spices and mix everything together.
- Then add the almonds and turn the heat to medium.
- Now let the sugar/water mixture simmer with the almonds until there is no more liquid and the almonds are well covered with the caramel mixture.
- Pour the caramelised almonds onto a baking paper and spread them out so that the almonds do not touch each other.
- Let them get cold and wait until the sugar sets. Now you can enjoy them or give them as a gift. 🙂

Thank you for the great recipes. I also use the soup jars for many things. I just find it very difficult to get the bands off. The glue is very strong. But that's just a tiny little minus to the thousand other pluses of your products. LG Claudine 💃💎
