(vegan) butter or margarine
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a dough. Then put in a cool place.
Form the dough into a roll on a floured surface and cut into equal-sized pieces. Form a croissant from each piece.
It is also helpful to use croissant moulds to make them more even.
Then bake the biscuits for 8-10 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
