Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press flat so that they are approx. 1.5 cm thick.
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with herb salt and then bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy together with basil pesto.
