Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the liquid ingredients. Mix the ingredients until they form a homogeneous mass.
Then fold in the carrots and walnuts.
Put some oil in a non-stick frying pan and spread approx. 2 tbsp. of mixture per pancake in the pan. Cook over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the pancakes, drizzle with the Wacker blueberry-banana sauce and serve with fruit of your choice. Enjoy! :)
