Pancake fans listen up! Our carrot-walnut pancakes are the perfect change from classic pancakes. They are not only healthy and delicious, but also super easy to prepare. 😍🥕🥞

Ingredients
- 250 ml Plant milk
- 150 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- Handful Walnuts finely chopped
- 2 Carrots medium
- 2 EL Wacker date sugar organic
- 1 EL Apple cider vinegar
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Vanilla
- 1 Tip of a knife Cardamom
- 1 Tip of a knife Ginger ground
- Somewhat Orange peel
- Somewhat Vegetable oil For browning
Toppings
- Wacker Blueberry Banana Sauce Organic
- Fruits fresh according to choice
Instructions
- Grate the carrot and finely chop the walnuts.
- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the liquid ingredients. Mix the ingredients until they form a homogeneous mass.
- Then fold in the carrots and walnuts.
- Put some oil in a non-stick frying pan and spread approx. 2 tbsp. of mixture per pancake in the pan. Cook over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the pancakes, drizzle with the Wacker blueberry-banana sauce and serve with fruit of your choice. Enjoy! 🙂
