  • Put the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Then form a small hollow and pour the liquid ingredients into it.
  • Mix everything together, cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
  • Then form five small patties from the dough and fry in a pan in a little oil over medium heat, 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • Serving suggestion: Enjoy with the Wacker olive tapenade.
