You don't have much time but fancy freshly baked flatbread at the barbecue? 🍞😋 Then our quick pan bread from our germinated flour and a few other simple ingredients that you usually have at home, this is just the thing for you! It can be prepared in just 15 minutes and is perfect as a side dish to a salad or simply on its own for dipping, e.g. in our sprouted hummus or the delicious Olive tapenade.

Ingredients
- 300 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 2 1/2 TL Baking powder
- 80 ml Water
- 120 g vegan yoghurt
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Apple cider vinegar
- Herbal salt at will
- Mediterranean spices at will
- Wacker tapenade with Kalamata olives at will
Instructions
- Put the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Then form a small hollow and pour the liquid ingredients into it.
- Mix everything together, cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- Then form five small patties from the dough and fry in a pan in a little oil over medium heat, 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Serving suggestion: Enjoy with the Wacker olive tapenade.
