  • Preheat the oven to 170° C upper-lower heat. Chop the almonds into coarse pieces. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the granola evenly on it. Put the tray in the oven for about 25 minutes. Mix once after half the time.
  • Leave to cool on the tray and store in a sealed container.
