Mix our sprouted oat flakes with the salt, pepper and other spices.
Add the hot vegetable milk and mustard and mix well.
Cover and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Form 4 thin cutlets. Coat both sides with breadcrumbs and then melt some margarine in a frying pan.
Then you can sear the cutlets on both sides first on a higher heat and then continue to sear them on a medium heat until they have been in the pan for a total of 10 minutes. ENJOY! 😋
