Instructions

  • Cut the apple into slices.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the apple slices, the cinnamon and some honey to the pan and sauté on medium heat.
  • Then add the oat flakes, salt and tiger nut flakes.
  • Stir everything and roast for a few more minutes.
  • Then serve with vanilla yoghurt/quark and a handful of mixed nuts.
