Instructions
Cut the apple into slices.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the apple slices, the cinnamon and some honey to the pan and sauté on medium heat.
Then add the oat flakes, salt and tiger nut flakes.
Stir everything and roast for a few more minutes.
Then serve with vanilla yoghurt/quark and a handful of mixed nuts.
