Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1 EL Coconut oil
- 1 handful Wacker Sprouted Oat Flakes Organic
- 2 EL Wacker tiger nut flakes organic
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1-2 TL Cinnamon
- 1 Vanilla yoghurt or curd
- Honey at will
- 1 handful Wacker nut-fruit mix organic
Instructions
- Cut the apple into slices.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the apple slices, the cinnamon and some honey to the pan and sauté on medium heat.
- Then add the oat flakes, salt and tiger nut flakes.
- Stir everything and roast for a few more minutes.
- Then serve with vanilla yoghurt/quark and a handful of mixed nuts.
