  • Preheat the oven.
  • Cut the apple into small cubes and place in a small ovenproof dish with the cinnamon, date sugar and lemon juice.
  • Then add the chopped nuts and berries on top.
  • In another bowl, mix the spelt flour, date sugar, cinnamon, bitters, vanilla and salt by hand until the crumble is formed.
  • Cover the other bowl with the crumbles, top with a few berries and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Optionally, add a tablespoon of vanilla quark or ice cream and sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top at the end. That's it!!! 😍🥰
