Instructions
Preheat the oven.
Cut the apple into small cubes and place in a small ovenproof dish with the cinnamon, date sugar and lemon juice.
Then add the chopped nuts and berries on top.
In another bowl, mix the spelt flour, date sugar, cinnamon, bitters, vanilla and salt by hand until the crumble is formed.
Cover the other bowl with the crumbles, top with a few berries and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Optionally, add a tablespoon of vanilla quark or ice cream and sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top at the end. That's it!!! 😍🥰
