Ingredients
- 1/2 Apple
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 TL Cinnamon Ceylon
- 2 TL Wacker date sugar organic
- 1 handful Wacker nut-fruit mix organic
- Some Berries deep-frozen
- 3 EL Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 2 EL Wacker date sugar organic
- 1 TL Cinnamon Ceylon
- 1,5-2 EL Butter
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Cut the apple into small cubes and place in a small ovenproof dish with the cinnamon, date sugar and lemon juice.
- Then add the chopped nuts and berries on top.
- In another bowl, mix the spelt flour, date sugar, cinnamon, bitters, vanilla and salt by hand until the crumble is formed.
- Cover the other bowl with the crumbles, top with a few berries and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Optionally, add a tablespoon of vanilla quark or ice cream and sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top at the end. That's it!!! 😍🥰
