  • Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and place in 2 separate bowls.
  • Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and then beat until stiff.
  • Then add the apple-mango sauce and some oat milk to the egg yolks and beat these ingredients until stiff.
  • Slowly add the flour to the beaten egg yolk and add a dash of oat milk.
  • Heat a pan and first fry the apple pieces in a little coconut oil. Then add the batter. Fry over a medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
  • Then turn the apple pancake over and fry on the other side.
  • Then tear the apple pancake into pieces, top with a little icing sugar and serve with the remaining apple and mango sauce.
