Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 40 g Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 50 g Wacker Apple Mango Sauce Organic
- Somewhat Oat milk
- 1/4 Apple cut into the smallest possible cubes
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and place in 2 separate bowls.
- Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and then beat until stiff.
- Then add the apple-mango sauce and some oat milk to the egg yolks and beat these ingredients until stiff.
- Slowly add the flour to the beaten egg yolk and add a dash of oat milk.
- Heat a pan and first fry the apple pieces in a little coconut oil. Then add the batter. Fry over a medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
- Then turn the apple pancake over and fry on the other side.
- Then tear the apple pancake into pieces, top with a little icing sugar and serve with the remaining apple and mango sauce.
