Cook the sprouted rice according to the pack instructions.
Melt the margarine in a pan, add the spelt flour and make a roux, stirring with a whisk.
Add the vegetable stock, stirring constantly, and bring to the boil.
Add the vegetables and spices.
Once the vegetables have simmered for a few minutes, add the sliced meat and the vegetable cream. Leave everything to simmer for a little longer.
Then season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy with the sprouted rice. 🍴🍚
